1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with jililu, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise engaging with our platform, you enter into a binding legal contract with jililu. These Terms & Conditions govern all aspects of your relationship with our service, including but not limited to account registration, gaming activities, financial transactions, promotional participation, and dispute resolution.

jililu reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through our website, email notifications, or account notifications. Your continued use of jililu services following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. jililu reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that your use of jililu complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws. jililu does not accept liability for any legal consequences arising from your violation of applicable gambling laws.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To use jililu services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to provide your legal name, date of birth, physical address, email address, phone number, and any other information reasonably requested by jililu. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account termination.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with jililu. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. jililu employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection of multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed, funds will be forfeited, and any winnings will be voided.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jililu account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify jililu of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

jililu accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, UnionBank, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banking institutions. All deposits are subject to verification and anti-money laundering compliance checks. jililu reserves the right to reject any deposit and return funds to the source without explanation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are established by jililu and may vary based on payment method, account status, and other factors. Deposits are credited to your account once payment verification is complete. Processing times vary by payment method but typically range from instantaneous to several hours for Philippine e-wallet and bank transfers.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the terms herein. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. jililu reserves the right to request identity verification, address confirmation, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation within thirty (30) days may result in withdrawal cancellation and account suspension.

Withdrawal processing times typically range from two (2) to four (4) hours for verified accounts, though processing may take longer during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set by jililu and communicated on the withdrawal page. jililu reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits based on account history, verification status, and other factors.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

jililu maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with Philippine law. All financial transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by jililu to verify the source of funds used for deposits. Accounts involved in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activities will be immediately closed and reported to appropriate authorities.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Gaming Policy

All games offered by jililu utilize certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Game results are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated. jililu does not guarantee any specific outcome, winning percentage, or return to player. Gambling involves risk, and you may lose all deposited funds.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jililu and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

• Using automated systems, bots, or software to place bets or manipulate gameplay
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action.

4.3 Bonus Abuse and Promotion Terms

jililu offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus systems, or using strategies designed solely to clear bonus wagering requirements, is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

jililu reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. Grounds for account suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Engaging in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 4.2
• Suspicious or fraudulent account activity
• Failure to respond to verification requests within specified timeframes
• Requesting chargeback or payment reversal through payment providers
• Abusive behavior toward jililu staff or other players

Upon account termination for cause, all funds may be forfeited and any pending withdrawals cancelled. jililu is not obligated to provide specific reasons for account termination beyond what is required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jililu platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and game designs, is the exclusive property of jililu or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use jililu services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any jililu content without explicit written permission. The jililu name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks owned by jililu and may not be used without authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jililu and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of jililu services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or potential winnings
• Technical malfunctions, system failures, or service interruptions
• Unauthorized access to your account by third parties
• Errors in game results, displays, or calculations
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals
• Loss of data or information

In no event shall jililu's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of jililu services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting jililu customer support. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) days, either party may proceed to arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jililu and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity conducted through your account
• Any misrepresentation or false information provided to jililu

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

10.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms & Conditions. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.2 Waiver

No waiver by jililu of any term or condition set forth in these Terms & Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by jililu to assert a right or provision under these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

10.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions without jililu's prior written consent. jililu may freely assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms & Conditions to any third party without restriction.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and jililu regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
